VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in vending at the Georgia Fantasy Festival. We hope that you will enjoy our festival and find it profitable and fun.

This is an outdoor event. All Vendors are expected to provide their own tent or other covering that fits within the purchased booth space. All tents should be anchored to withstand the elements of weather and collapse. Vendors are also expected to provide their own tables, displays, and chairs. Tables must be covered in cloth to hide any plastic.

  • The Festival runs November 2-3, 2024.

  • Vendor operating hours are 11-6pm each day

  • Setup up will begin at 7am on Saturday, the 2nd.

  • Tear down will begin at 6pm on Sunday, the 3rd.

  • Electricity is limited

Please fill out the application below. Spaces are first come first serve. Preference will be shown to products that fit the theme of the festival. Please provide a web address that displays the items intended for sale. This is a family event, so no inappropriate items.

All Applications must be received by October 10, 2024 at the latest to be considered.
